Qld: Woman attacks man with knife
BRISBANE, Aug 7 AAP - A woman is facing charges of attempted murder after she allegedlyattacked a man with a knife in inner Brisbane last night.
The woman, 26, was arrested after she entered an Auchenflower home in Brisbane's innerwest, about 8.30pm (AEST).
Police said the woman allegedly attacked the man with a knife after a verbal argument.
The man was able to fend off the woman and was not injured.
The woman will appear in Brisbane Magistrate's Court today on one charge of attemptedmurder and one count of entering a dwelling with intent.
